Order Processing Time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 48 hours after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed from the next business day.

Please note that the order processing time does not include the delivery time.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be extended due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays or increased parcel volumes.

Shipping Costs and Multiple Parcels

Due to the size of our products, an order may need to be shipped in several separate parcels. Shipping costs are calculated based on the number, size and weight of the parcels and may therefore include a separate shipping charge for each parcel.

The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
